Definition: Humphrey - Sentition
From AntiPhilosopher
A SENTITION is Nicholas Humphrey's coinage for a hypothesized (but with very good reason to believe extant) "sense" of the brain knowing its own state (readiness, intensity of exertion, recent firing) of a muscle or other action.
In my view this is idea is the paramount achievement in abstract theory of consciousness in more than two thousand years! It is what finally makes sense of how the brain internalizes sensoria. See Ipsundrum.
